Golden Hour Cocktail

HOW TO DO IT
- Mix gin and Golden chai and let it steep for 1 hour.
- Taste it and assess whether it has taken on a good and strong taste of turmeric. If necessary, strain the gin through a coffee filter and refrigerate.
- Boil water with sugar and honey to make a syrup and cool completely. Golden Chai-gin and syrup can be made in advance.
- When serving, mix 5 cl Golden Chai-gin with 3 cl sugar syrup and 3 cl freshly squeezed lime juice and stir with lots of ice.
- Serve very cold in a glass with 2-3 ice cubes.
