Payment
KANDY SPICES ApS accepts online payments with; Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard and MobilePay Online.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or decline the payment.
All amounts on the website include VAT and other taxes.

The delivery time for your order is 2-4 business days.

DAO - Direct, DAO - Parcel shop, PostNord - Private, PostNord - Business, PostNord - Optional delivery location, The freight is calculated based on weight.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without distribution" or "with distribution". You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal on food purchased in our webshop, as these are of such a nature that, according to Danish law, a right of return cannot or should not be granted.
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store. If the goods have been tried in addition to what is described above, they are considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to KANDY SPICES ApS to assess the condition of the goods.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, materials and manufacturing. Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to KANDY SPICES ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs. The warranty is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
KANDY SPICES ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
