Our sambols are back in stock in a new design, but with the same delicious varieties. Use them as a side dish or as a spice in cooking. Papas Original chili or Black Pepper chili sambol can be served with steak, baked dishes, eggs or used in burgers and sandwiches. The aromatic Ginger Chili sambol is great for wok and other Asian dishes, and is also good to stir up with soy or lime for sushi or ceviche. The milder and slightly sweet Tomato Chili sambol is good as an accompaniment to cheese, charcuterie, brunch and tapas.
