Our Hot Sauce made from fermented habanero chili is handmade in Denmark in small batches and without any additives.
The taste is fresh, strong and balanced with a hint of umami from tomato. Suitable for many dishes with meat, eggs, vegetables, fish, shellfish and oysters, but also for drinks such as Bloody Mary.
For each batch of hot sauce, we carefully select the chilies and ferment them for a minimum of 28 days before blending them with the other ingredients and bottling the finished sauce. The fermentation makes the taste extra deep and aromatic, as a counterbalance to the spiciness of the chilies. Suitable for dishes with meat, eggs, vegetables and seafood and as a spice on pizza, pasta and sandwiches.
