Our cardamom is grown in an ideal climate in the mountainous areas outside the city of Kandy. The characteristic green cardamom from Sri Lanka is hand-picked from September and gently dried in the sun to preserve its beautiful light green color. The cardamom is intense and aromatic with notes of citrus, eucalyptus and a pleasant sweetness. It is brilliant in baked goods for example. cardamom rolls and buns.

Finally, try it in spice blends like garam masala, in chai, desserts, chutneys and curries.
