Golden chai also known as Golden Milk is a delicious hot spicy drink with turmeric and a variety of other spices. We have made our own blend of our single origin spices from Sri Lanka. An aromatic blend of turmeric , real Ceylon cinnamon , cardamom , ginger, nutmeg , cloves , black pepper

Prepare your golden milk by boiling 1-2 tsp KANDY SPICES chai spice with 1 cup of milk or plant milk in a saucepan. Whisk along the way and season with sugar or honey if desired. Carefully pour your golden milk into a cup so that the sediment remains in the saucepan or use a tea strainer.

Golden Tip! Since our Golden Chai is basically just a blend of some of our best spices, it can be used in a variety of other dishes too. For example, try using it in baked goods, coconut dhal or this wonderful eggplant curry.
